Chief Executive Officer
Geoff has been Chief Executive Officer of Ontinue since 2023. As CEO, Geoff ensures that its MXDR product, Ontinue ION, provides Microsoft Security customers the ability to accelerate MTTR, proactively reduce risk, and reduce costs. After joining Open Systems as CEO in 2021, Geoff’s primary responsibility was to ensure that Open Systems Managed SASE connected and protected customers’ users, apps, and data—everywhere.
With more than 25 years of experience growing companies in the security and enterprise software markets, Geoff joined Ontinue after serving as Vice President of Sales and Customer Operations for VMware Carbon Black. Geoff also held executive leadership roles at several IT and cybersecurity leaders, including Secureworks, where he served as Chief Revenue Officer, and Absolute Software, where as CEO he spearheaded its transformation into one of the world’s top providers of enterprise endpoint and information security solutions. He also brings considerable international experience to Ontinue.
Geoff earned his bachelor’s degree in Honors Business Administration (HBA) at the University of Western Ontario’s Richard Ivey School of Business.

Chief Financial Officer
Andreas has more than 20 years of financial experience in the software industry and currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of Ontinue. Andreas previously was Chief Financial Officer at Open Systems. Prior to that, Andreas worked as CFO at Automic, a market leader in corporate software for business automation. He was also a McKinsey consultant on various projects in the areas of telecommunication and manufacturing. Andreas has an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University and an MSc from the Technical University Vienna.

Chief Strategy Officer
As Chief Strategy Officer of Ontinue, Moritz is responsible for corporate and technology strategy and serves on the executive team driving global growth. Previously, Moritz served as the Chief Product Officer at Open Systems and was responsible for defining, positioning, and launching the platform strategy. Moritz studied at the Dualen Technical College Baden-Württemberg (DHBW) in Germany and holds a degree in Business Informatics. He has also earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with Honors from The Open University in Milton Keynes, U.K.

Chief Product Officer
As Chief Product Officer for Ontinue, Tom drives the vision and development of Ontinue solutions. He oversees product management, product marketing, engineering, our security operations center (SOC), and our advisory and Technical Account Managers. Previously, Tom was Chief Product Officer at Open Systems.
With over 20 years of experience in cybersecurity, Tom has also led security product teams at market-leading companies, including VMware and RSA. He joined Open Systems in August 2021 after serving as Senior Vice President in VMware’s Security Business Unit.
As Senior Vice President of Security Products at VMware, Tom pioneered the company’s Cloud Workload Protection technology, leading the product team that developed AppDefense—now the core technology behind Carbon Black Workload. He was a leading architect of VMware’s overall security vision and strategy. And he served on the leadership team that acquired and later ran Carbon Black, a leader in the endpoint security market.
Prior to VMware, Tom held executive leadership roles at RSA Security, where he served as GM of the Data Security Business Unit. As RSA’s Chief Strategy and Technology Officer, he oversaw corporate strategy, M&A, alliances, advanced development and the CTO office.
Tom holds an MBA from Harvard University and a BS in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Waterloo.

Chief Innovation Officer
As the Chief Innovation Officer, Drew Perry drives innovation at Ontinue, ensuring that the ION platform is the leading SecOps automation and collaboration solution in existence. With a background that encompasses founding the game-changing MXDR provider Tiberium and 20 years of experience in both hands-on hacking and business development, Drew brings a unique combination of real-world expertise and forward-thinking ideas to the table.
Under his leadership, Tiberium experienced rapid growth and became a market leader in the delivery of automation-based cyber security services, including creating the world’s first Microsoft Teams integrated Security Operations workflow and being the first UK MSSP to launch a Microsoft Sentinel-based managed service.
Drew’s past technical experience includes battling nation-state threat actors, conducting sophisticated red team cyber operations, and collaborating with governments and cyber defenders worldwide. With a passion for AI and a focus on the future, Drew is committed to empowering individuals to turn their ideas into reality, to benefit Ontinue’s customers.

Vice President Security Operations
As the Vice President of Security Operations, Craig Jones is responsible for overseeing Ontinue’s four SOCs distributed across the globe and the teams staffing them.
Prior to Ontinue, Craig spent eight years with the cybersecurity solutions provider Sophos. As Senior Director of Global Security Operations, he directed all operational aspects of the Sophos worldwide security program. Craig is certified GCIH, CISSP.
An active member of the cybersecurity community, Craig has volunteered as director of BSides Cymru/Wales since 2019. Craig is also a frequent speaker and noted thought leader, recognized as an expert in incident response, SIEM, SOC detection, SOC automation and threat intelligence.
Craig earned a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from the University of South Wales.

Vice President Advisory
As Vice President, Advisory, Roberto leads the global advisory and consultancy teams.
With over 20 years of experience in the Networking and Security sector, Roberto has built a reputation as a successful business leader and an entrepreneur with multiple exits as a founder, seed investor and member of the executive teams.
As Chief Operating Officer and founding Director at Tiberium, Roberto was part of the leadership team that created a leading highly automated MXDR service, achieving rapid growth in the UK market. As COO, Roberto was responsible for all business operations and customer services.
Previously, Roberto was Chief Information Officer at The Doctors Clinic Group (DCG). As part of the leadership team at DCG, Roberto oversaw a step improvement in the organisation’s IT and Cyber maturity, in addition to being part of the due diligence team ahead of two acquisitions made by DCG in the health sector. Roberto was part of the exec team that presented the IT and Cyber resilience as part of the acquisition of DCG by Spire Health.
Roberto was also a founder and COO at ITC Secure. Originally, being part of the team that recognised the opportunity in shifting from an IT managed service provider to a managed security services provider. Roberto leads all elements of security operations, customer success and professional services and was part of the team that exited ITC Secure to private equity in 2016.

Chief Information Security Officer
As Chief Security Advisor and CISO, Gareth’s role has two focus areas. As CISO, Gareth is responsible for making sure that Ontinue’s own internal information security – as well as security for the Ontinue ION managed extended detection and response service platform – is appropriate to the threats we face and the trust our customers put in us. As the Chief Security Advisor, Gareth also has an outward-facing role to help raise awareness of new threats and novel ways of dealing with them. With Ontinue’s focus on Microsoft technologies, and the importance of people and processes, he helps potential customers understand where our services might fit.
Gareth came to Ontinue through its acquisition of Tiberium, a provider of highly automated managed security services based on Microsoft security solutions. A founding director of Tiberium, Gareth was its Chief Security Advisor, responsible for ensuring the company’s services and offerings delivered outcomes that mattered. He was focused on driving innovation that was of the utmost importance to customers.
Previously, Gareth was founder and CEO of Klint Risk Consulting (KRC). KRC focused on helping clients pragmatically and demonstrably reduce risk through appropriate strategies and Target Operating Models by facilitating successful engagement between senior leaders and risk and security specialists.
Until recently, as the Chairman of the Information Security Forum Supervisory Board, Gareth oversaw the organization’s Strategy and Corporate governance, ensuring high quality and valuable deliverables to the ISF’s 400 + member organisations (half of which are Fortune 500/Forbes 2000). The ISF is a 12M GBP+ international company with 50 employees around the world.
Gareth has held a number of certifications, including CISSP, ISSMP and CISM. He is recognized as a thought leader in the industry and appears as a regular speaker at national and international events. Gareth has authored several articles, and journalists often seek his opinion.
With a wealth of experience from internal and external roles across many industry verticals, Gareth has worked in the broader cybersecurity industry for close to 20 years. He has advised boards, investment groups and non-executive directors both on internal security matters and security-related business development. Gareth also mentors a number of “CISOs of the Future.”
Gareth’s “previous life” involved working in the mineral processing world. He holds an engineering bachelor’s degree and a Ph.D. in environmental reclamation of mine sites.

Vice President EMEA Sales
As Vice President Sales EMEA, Jochen is responsible for all go-to-market aspects of Ontinue for the EMEA theater. While his focus is strengthening existing teams in Switzerland, Germany and the UK, he will be exploring Ontinue’s expansion into key markets including Western and Southern Europe, the Nordics and Middle East.
Jochen brings more than 25 years of experience in cybersecurity to Ontinue. Prior to joining he was VP Sales Central Europe at HYPR Corp, a leader in the Identity Security space, where he was responsible for the European go-to-market activities. Previously, Jochen was Regional Vice President Sales Europe at Bromium, where he built the foundation to become the de facto standard for ransomware protection in the German municipal, state and local, and federal government, before the company was acquired by HP Inc.
Jochen also spent eight years as Regional Director DACH at publicly traded CyberArk, where he was responsible for building the Privileged Access Security market. During his tenure, he grew headcount and customer base significantly and expanded the company’s regional presence through a strategic, channel-focused approach.
Jochen is a regular speaker at conferences, most recently at the European Identity and Cloud Conference 2022 where he introduced the audience to true passwordless authentication.

Bernd-Michael Rumpf is a co-founder of Actico GmbH and Head of its Supervisory Board. Before that, he was a member of the Executive Board at Temenos SA. From 2002 to 2008 he worked as CEO of SAP Systems Integration AG and was later a member of the extended Executive Board of SAP AG. Prior to that, he worked in management consulting at Gemini Consulting. Bernd-Michael received degrees in Business Administration from University of St. Gallen in Switzerland and London Business School.

Florian Funk joined EQT Partners in 2008 where he is a Partner. Prior to joining EQT Partners, he worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions department at J.P. Morgan, Germany. Florian holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from Ludwig-Maximilian University of Munich, Germany.

Martin Bosshardt is CEO of Anapaya, a Swiss company building an international ecosystem for a more reliable, secure, and stable networking experience.
Previously, Martin was a founding partner of Open Systems. From 2002 to September 2019, he led the company as CEO, executing the company’s investment and strategy shifts through expansion around the globe. Prior to Open Systems, Martin joined ABB, followed by taking a management role at Futurecom Interactive.
Martin was awarded the SVC Entrepreneurs Award in 2010. He’s on the Advisory Board of PwC Switzerland.

Gavriella Schuster is a visionary and mission-focused executive and public company director with broad influence on the leading edge of technology-enabled business innovation. A Microsoft veteran who ran one of the company’s largest global revenue arms, Gavriella is a strategic business leader with a reputation for changing businesses and business models. She has extensive sales, marketing, and product development expertise and has helped thousands of client companies transform through technology. Gavriella is now a PE advisor and Member of the Board of Ontinue, Nerdio, Mimecast and Included. As a fierce advocate for DEI, she is a founding sponsor of Women in Cloud (WIC), The Women in Technology (WIT) Network and serves on the boards of several DEI non-profits. She is a TEDx speaker and author of an eBook and training on #ALLIES.
Over 25 years at Microsoft, Gavriella led significant change initiatives while transforming its relationships with partners and customers. As Corporate Vice President at Microsoft, she reimagined the global partner program, growing it into a powerhouse with more than 90,000 cloud services partners and over 12,000 published marketplace solutions. Earlier roles include the US Enterprise and Cloud Business as well as the global Windows Client Business, where she led more than 15 product launches, multiple acquisitions, the development of the Microsoft Desktop Optimization Pack (MDOP) and Windows Intune, the shift from boxed software products to annuity-based enterprise licensing, and the successful adoption and re-energized focus on Windows with application access anywhere.
As a senior executive at Microsoft, Gavriella was focused on DEI, working to create opportunities for female employees. As head of the partner ecosystem, she inspired company-leading gains in female representation, employee engagement, and retention. She was a founding executive sponsor of the Women in Tech Network and Women in Cloud advocacy and networking groups. She also serves on the Advisory Boards of the Women Business Collaborative and SHE Community. She shared her thoughts on gender equity in the tech sector in a compelling TEDx speech in 2020, an eBook she authored in 2022 and a training on #ALLIES available since 2023.
A strategic advisor for the Berkshire Partners private equity firm, Gavriella is a member of Ontinue, Nerdio, Mimecast, and Included. She is a former member of the board of Chinasoft International, a publicly traded IT service management company in China. Michael Fey is Co-Founder and CEO of Island, the leader and pioneer in the Enterprise Browser market, which was named to Fast Company’s annual list of the World’s Most Innovative Companies for 2023.
Previously, Michael was Chief Executive Officer of D2iQ (formerly known as Mesosphere), where he helped the company define and pursue its next phase of growth.
Before D2iQ, Michael served as president and COO at Symantec, as well as president and COO of Blue Coat, leading product and go-to-market functions. While at Blue Coat, Fey led the company to aggressive growth, resulting in its acquisition by Symantec in 2016 for $4.65 billion.
Fey has also been executive vice president and general manager for enterprise products at McAfee and chief technology officer of Intel Security, where he drove the company’s long-term strategic vision and innovation in the enterprise network, endpoint and analytics security segments by focusing on high-growth market opportunities and field execution.
Fey holds a degree in Engineering Physics and Mathematics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

Maggie Chan Jones is the founder and CEO of Tenshey, a tech-enabled executive coaching company that helps women advance into leadership roles and the boardroom. She founded Tenshey after a tremendously successful career in marketing at several of the world’s largest technology companies, including Microsoft and SAP.
She was SAP’s first woman CMO, responsible for driving the software provider’s global marketing effort across more than 180 countries. Her many successes in this role included leading SAP’s brand transformation effort, which led to the company being recognized as the world’s 21st most valuable brand.
Before moving to SAP, Level 3 Communications chose Chan Jones to be the first CMO of its North America region. Prior to this, she served as Microsoft’s marketing director of U.S. Cloud Services and Office 365. Earlier in her career, she held leadership and marketing positions at Sun Microsystems and ADIC.
Her many accolades include landing a spot on the Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business (2021) list, the Women Economic Forum presenting her with the Women of the Decade in Marketing, Branding and Communication award in 2018, and being recognized by Forbes Magazine as one of the top 20 World’s Most Influential CMOs in 2017.
Chan Jones currently serves on the BT Group, Sage Group, U.S. Tennis Association (USTA) Board, and Ontinue, an EQT Partners company, as an advisory board member and Sustainability Champion. Previously, Maggie served on the Board of Avast (Chairperson of Security & Privacy Committee) and Open Systems.
She holds a degree in business management from Binghamton University and an MBA from Cornell University.
