Chief Executive Officer
Geoff Haydon became Ontinue’s CEO in 2023, bringing over two decades of leadership in security and enterprise software. He is responsible for ensuring that Ontinue ION, the company’s MXDR product, helps Microsoft Security customers reduce risk, minimize costs, and enable business performance. Geoff previously joined Open Systems as CEO in 2021, where he led the company’s Managed SASE product to connect and secure users, applications, and data globally.
Geoff’s extensive career includes executive leadership roles at VMware Carbon Black, where he was Vice President of Sales and Customer Operations. He also served as Chief Revenue Officer at Secureworks, where he played a critical role in driving sales and growth in the security services sector. Geoff led Absolute Software as CEO, transforming it into a top provider of enterprise endpoint and security solutions. His international business experience, including roles that required managing global teams and scaling operations, adds depth to his leadership at Ontinue. Geoff holds a bachelor’s degree in Honors Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario.

Chief Financial Officer
With more than 20 years of financial leadership in the software industry, Andreas Seidl serves as Chief Financial Officer at Ontinue, overseeing all financial operations of the company. Andreas has a proven track record of driving financial strategy and performance for high-growth organizations. He was previously CFO at Open Systems, where he played a key role in optimizing financial management for the company’s cybersecurity services.
Before joining Open Systems, Andreas served as CFO at Automic, a leading provider of business automation software. His role there involved supporting the company’s expansion into APAC and the Middle East. Andreas also worked as a consultant at McKinsey, where he provided strategic financial insights to companies in telecommunications and manufacturing. His experience spans financial strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. Andreas holds an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and an MSc in Applied Mathematics & Computer Science from the Technical University of Vienna.

Chief Strategy Officer
Moritz Mann is Ontinue’s Chief Strategy Officer, responsible for shaping the company’s corporate and technology strategy to drive global growth and market presence. His focus is on identifying strategic opportunities and ensuring Ontinue stays ahead in an ever-evolving cybersecurity landscape. Moritz previously served as Chief Product Officer at Open Systems, where he played a pivotal role in defining, positioning, and launching the company’s platform strategy.
Moritz has a background in Business Informatics, having studied at the Dualen Technical College Baden-Württemberg in Germany, where he honed his technical skills. He later earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with Honors from The Open University in Milton Keynes, UK. His expertise lies at the intersection of technology and business, with a deep understanding of product development, corporate strategy, and technology innovation. Moritz’s leadership has been instrumental in guiding product teams and aligning company goals with market demands.

Chief Product Officer
As Ontinue’s Chief Product Officer, Tom Corn is responsible for overseeing product development, product marketing, engineering, and the company’s global security operations centers (SOCs). With over 20 years of experience in cybersecurity, Tom brings a wealth of expertise to his role. He joined Open Systems in 2021 after a successful tenure at VMware, where he served as Senior Vice President in the Security Business Unit and played a key role in pioneering VMware’s Cloud Workload Protection technology.
At VMware, Tom led the team that developed AppDefense, which later became the foundation of Carbon Black Workload, positioning VMware as a leader in cloud and endpoint security. Before VMware, Tom held executive leadership positions at RSA Security, where he was General Manager of the Data Security Business Unit and Chief Strategy and Technology Officer. In these roles, he guided RSA’s corporate strategy, M&A, and advanced development initiatives. Tom holds an MBA from Harvard University and a bachelor’s degree in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Waterloo.

Chief Innovation Officer
Drew Perry is the Chief Innovation Officer at Ontinue, where he is responsible for advancing the company’s ION platform, ensuring it remains a cutting-edge SecOps automation and collaboration solution. Drew has a unique combination of technical expertise and business acumen, with over 20 years of experience in cybersecurity. He is also the founder of Tiberium, a pioneering MXDR provider that became a market leader in automated cybersecurity services.
Under Drew’s leadership, Tiberium was the first UK MSSP to launch a Microsoft Sentinel-based managed service and introduced the world’s first Microsoft Teams-integrated Security Operations workflow. His background includes hands-on hacking experience in red team cyber operations, defending against nation-state threats, and collaborating with global governments and cybersecurity leaders. Drew’s passion for AI and forward-thinking approaches continues to push Ontinue toward innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of the security landscape.

Vice President Security Operations
Craig Jones oversees Ontinue’s global network of Security Operations Centers (SOCs) as Vice President of Security Operations. His role includes managing and optimizing the teams responsible for security monitoring, incident response, and threat detection across the company’s four SOCs. Before joining Ontinue, Craig spent eight years at Sophos, where he rose to Senior Director of Global Security Operations. At Sophos, Craig was responsible for the operational aspects of the company’s worldwide security program, ensuring that the organization’s global security infrastructure was robust and scalable.
Craig is a well-regarded expert in the field of cybersecurity, holding certifications such as GCIH and CISSP. He is actively involved in the cybersecurity community, volunteering as director of BSides Cymru/Wales since 2019 and frequently speaking at industry events. His thought leadership covers topics like incident response, SOC automation, threat intelligence, and SIEM. Craig earned a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from the University of South Wales.

Vice President Advisory
As Vice President of Advisory at Ontinue, Roberto Veiga leads the company’s global advisory and consultancy teams. Roberto has over 20 years of experience in the networking and security industries, building a reputation as a successful business leader and entrepreneur. He co-founded Tiberium, where he served as COO and played an instrumental role in growing the company into a highly automated MXDR provider in the UK. At Tiberium, Roberto was responsible for managing all business operations and customer services, helping the company achieve rapid growth.
Prior to Tiberium, Roberto was CIO at The Doctors Clinic Group (DCG), where he oversaw significant improvements in the company’s IT and cybersecurity maturity. He also played a key role in facilitating acquisitions in the healthcare sector. Additionally, Roberto was a founder of ITC Secure, where he helped pivot the company from an IT managed services provider to a managed security services provider, leading to its acquisition by private equity in 2016.

Chief Information Security Officer
As Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Chief Security Advisor at Ontinue, Gareth Lindahl-Wise ensures the company’s internal security and the integrity of the Ontinue and it’s ION platform. Gareth also advises customers on emerging security threats and strategies, helping them understand how Ontinue’s services can address their security challenges. Gareth joined Ontinue through its acquisition of Tiberium which he co-founded and where he served as Chief Security Advisor, driving innovation and ensuring the company’s services met the highest security standards.
Gareth’s prior experience includes founding Klint Risk Consulting, where he advised senior leaders on pragmatic strategies to reduce security risks. He also served as Chairman of the Information Security Forum’s Supervisory Board, guiding the organization’s strategy and corporate governance. Over time Gareth has held multiple certifications, including CISSP, ISSMP, and CISM, and is a respected thought leader in the cybersecurity industry. He holds an engineering bachelor’s degree and a Ph.D. in environmental considerations of mining.

Head of Human Resources
Karen Brooks serves as Ontinue’s Head of Human Resources, bringing over 24 years of HR expertise to the company. In her role, Karen oversees the full employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition to employee development and retention strategies. She is dedicated to aligning business goals with HR initiatives, driving long-term organizational growth while fostering a culture of diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being. Her approach emphasizes creating an engaged workforce and ensuring that Ontinue remains an employer of choice in the tech industry.
Karen joined Ontinue from Open Systems, where she played a pivotal role in transitioning the company’s HR strategy to match its growth trajectory. Before this, Karen spent 18 years at Automic Software, leading HR operations for North America and the UK. Her hands-on experience in startup environments and larger enterprises alike has made her adept at scaling HR processes, building leadership programs, and maintaining positive workplace cultures through periods of change and expansion.

Chief Technology Officer
Theus Hossmann serves as Chief Technology Officer at Ontinue, where he leads the company’s technology and AI strategy. Overseeing the Engineering and Data Science teams, he ensures that Ontinue’s AI-powered platform stays at the forefront of cybersecurity innovation. His focus on merging advanced technologies with real-world applications strengthens Ontinue’s mission of delivering leading security solutions.
Before joining Ontinue, Theus co-founded Sqooba, a Data, Analytics, and AI company, where he built a world-class team that laid the foundation for Ontinue’s AI capabilities today. With a PhD from ETH Zurich and advanced research experience at both ETH and the University of Cambridge, Theus combines deep technical expertise with a visionary approach to drive innovation in the cybersecurity space.

Chairman of the Board
Bernd-Michael Rumpf is a co-founder of Actico GmbH and Head of its Supervisory Board. Before that, he was a member of the Executive Board at Temenos SA. From 2002 to 2008 he worked as CEO of SAP Systems Integration AG and was later a member of the extended Executive Board of SAP AG. Prior to that, he worked in management consulting at Gemini Consulting. Bernd-Michael received degrees in Business Administration from University of St. Gallen in Switzerland and London Business School.

Florian Funk joined EQT Partners in 2008 where he is a Partner. Prior to joining EQT Partners, he worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions department at J.P. Morgan, Germany. Florian holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from Ludwig-Maximilian University of Munich, Germany.

Martin Bosshardt is CEO of Anapaya, a Swiss company building an international ecosystem for a more reliable, secure, and stable networking experience.
Previously, Martin was a founding partner of Open Systems. From 2002 to September 2019, he led the company as CEO, executing the company’s investment and strategy shifts through expansion around the globe. Prior to Open Systems, Martin joined ABB, followed by taking a management role at Futurecom Interactive.
Martin was awarded the SVC Entrepreneurs Award in 2010. He’s on the Advisory Board of PwC Switzerland.

Gavriella Schuster is a visionary and mission-focused executive and public company director with broad influence on the leading edge of technology-enabled business innovation. A Microsoft veteran who ran one of the company’s largest global revenue arms, Gavriella is a strategic business leader with a reputation for changing businesses and business models. She has extensive sales, marketing, and product development expertise and has helped thousands of client companies transform through technology. Gavriella is now a PE advisor and Member of the Board of Ontinue, Nerdio, Mimecast and Included. As a fierce advocate for DEI, she is a founding sponsor of Women in Cloud (WIC), The Women in Technology (WIT) Network and serves on the boards of several DEI non-profits. She is a TEDx speaker and author of an eBook and training on #ALLIES.
Over 25 years at Microsoft, Gavriella led significant change initiatives while transforming its relationships with partners and customers. As Corporate Vice President at Microsoft, she reimagined the global partner program, growing it into a powerhouse with more than 90,000 cloud services partners and over 12,000 published marketplace solutions. Earlier roles include the US Enterprise and Cloud Business as well as the global Windows Client Business, where she led more than 15 product launches, multiple acquisitions, the development of the Microsoft Desktop Optimization Pack (MDOP) and Windows Intune, the shift from boxed software products to annuity-based enterprise licensing, and the successful adoption and re-energized focus on Windows with application access anywhere.
As a senior executive at Microsoft, Gavriella was focused on DEI, working to create opportunities for female employees. As head of the partner ecosystem, she inspired company-leading gains in female representation, employee engagement, and retention. She was a founding executive sponsor of the Women in Tech Network and Women in Cloud advocacy and networking groups. She also serves on the Advisory Boards of the Women Business Collaborative and SHE Community. She shared her thoughts on gender equity in the tech sector in a compelling TEDx speech in 2020, an eBook she authored in 2022 and a training on #ALLIES available since 2023.
A strategic advisor for the Berkshire Partners private equity firm, Gavriella is a member of Ontinue, Nerdio, Mimecast, and Included. She is a former member of the board of Chinasoft International, a publicly traded IT service management company in China. She remains a member of the boards of Women in Cloud, Women in Technology Network, the Women’s Business Collaborative and SHE. A native of the Boston area, she lives in the Seattle area.

Michael Fey is Co-Founder and CEO of Island, the leader and pioneer in the Enterprise Browser market, which was named to Fast Company’s annual list of the World’s Most Innovative Companies for 2023.
Previously, Michael was Chief Executive Officer of D2iQ (formerly known as Mesosphere), where he helped the company define and pursue its next phase of growth.
Before D2iQ, Michael served as president and COO at Symantec, as well as president and COO of Blue Coat, leading product and go-to-market functions. While at Blue Coat, Fey led the company to aggressive growth, resulting in its acquisition by Symantec in 2016 for $4.65 billion.
Fey has also been executive vice president and general manager for enterprise products at McAfee and chief technology officer of Intel Security, where he drove the company’s long-term strategic vision and innovation in the enterprise network, endpoint and analytics security segments by focusing on high-growth market opportunities and field execution.
Fey holds a degree in Engineering Physics and Mathematics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

Maggie Chan Jones is the founder and CEO of Tenshey, a tech-enabled executive coaching company that helps women advance into leadership roles and the boardroom. She founded Tenshey after a tremendously successful career in marketing at several of the world’s largest technology companies, including Microsoft and SAP.
She was SAP’s first woman CMO, responsible for driving the software provider’s global marketing effort across more than 180 countries. Her many successes in this role included leading SAP’s brand transformation effort, which led to the company being recognized as the world’s 21st most valuable brand.
Before moving to SAP, Level 3 Communications chose Chan Jones to be the first CMO of its North America region. Prior to this, she served as Microsoft’s marketing director of U.S. Cloud Services and Office 365. Earlier in her career, she held leadership and marketing positions at Sun Microsystems and ADIC.
Her many accolades include landing a spot on the Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business (2021) list, the Women Economic Forum presenting her with the Women of the Decade in Marketing, Branding and Communication award in 2018, and being recognized by Forbes Magazine as one of the top 20 World’s Most Influential CMOs in 2017.
Chan Jones currently serves on the BT Group, Sage Group, U.S. Tennis Association (USTA) Board, and Ontinue, an EQT Partners company, as an advisory board member and Sustainability Champion. Previously, Maggie served on the Board of Avast (Chairperson of Security & Privacy Committee) and Open Systems.
She holds a degree in business management from Binghamton University and an MBA from Cornell University.
