In her role, Karen oversees the full employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition to employee development and retention strategies. She is dedicated to aligning business goals with HR initiatives, driving long-term organizational growth while fostering a culture of diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being. Her approach emphasizes creating an engaged workforce and ensuring that Ontinue remains an employer of choice in the tech industry.

Karen joined Ontinue from Open Systems, where she played a pivotal role in transitioning the company’s HR strategy to match its growth trajectory. Before this, Karen spent 18 years at Automic Software, leading HR operations for North America and the UK. Her hands-on experience in startup environments and larger enterprises alike has made her adept at scaling HR processes, building leadership programs, and maintaining positive workplace cultures through periods of change and expansion.
