Important: Ontinue Unaffected by CrowdStrike Outage  

This morning, CrowdStrike reported a widespread outage impacting organizations worldwide. They have since confirmed that this was not a security incident or cyberattack, but rather the result of a routine software update that caused an issue with Microsoft’s Windows operating system. 

We want to reassure all our customers that Ontinue’s services are unaffected by this outage.  

While our customers leverage Microsoft Defender as their primary EDR solution, we advise any organization utilizing CrowdStrike to follow the official guidance from Microsoft and CrowdStrike.
