The Science Based Targets initiative is a global authority that enables companies to set greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions reduction targets in line with climate science. The SBTi’s framework helps businesses ensure that their decarbonization strategies contribute meaningfully to limiting global warming to 1.5°C above pre-industrial levels.

Following a rigorous review process, the SBTi has approved Ontinue’s:

Near-term targets (Scopes 1 and 2): Aligned with a 1.5°C trajectory, the most ambitious designation available through the SBTi framework.
Long-term net-zero targets (Scopes 1, 2, and 3): Validated in line with the SBTi’s “net-zero by 2050 or sooner” pathway, supporting global efforts to reach net-zero emissions within the required timeframe.

This validation not only affirms Ontinue’s climate leadership but also strengthens customer confidence in Ontinue as a sustainable vendor. It provides transparent and precise greenhouse gas impact reporting that can help customers meet their own emissions reduction commitments.
